Mehmet Kaçar was born as the son of a farmer in the village of Ballıca, district of Akhisar Turkey, in 1940. 

He bought his first 50 decares of land and began to plant Trilye type olive trees in 1985.

The family has been in the business of olive and olive oil since then.
This extensive knowledge has been transmitted to us, the second generation.

And thus began the adventure of Dorica as a brand.
